Beautiful valley views from rooms enhanced our stay.

Dining options were unsatisfactory. The breakfast selection was limited and often ran out of basic items, which was frustrating. we encountered issues with the timing of gym hours, as it opened late and closed early, making it difficult to fit into our schedule.

the staff is incredibly friendly. The proximity to the ski lifts and local restaurants is a huge plus. The pool and spa facilities were delightful, providing a perfect wind-down after ski days, though parking space can be limited during peak times.

The junior suite was lovely, with a breathtaking mountain view that made mornings special. The ski lockers were convenient, allowing quick access to the slopes every day. After skiing, the spa provided a relaxing atmosphere, which was a delightful bonus without any extra charges.

The breakfast selection fell short for a place of this caliber.

Do recommend for a transient stop

Spacious room, excellent location, the proximity to the ski lifts made our mornings easy as we could walk just one minute to the rental shop, and the relaxing indoor swimming pool provided a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.

the breakfast selection was absoultely pathetic, and they run out of basic items without even a hint of remorse. also, the gym opens at a preposterously late hour. i mean, what kind of hotel closes it so early? if only i had gotten a room upgrade as a courtesy! i almost woudl ve given a good review, but just couldn’t.

Great stay with a wonderful light apartment boasting stunning views. The ski cupboard for drying boots was perfect. Kids loved the games room while we relaxed in the pool. Central location made accessing lifts effortless. Staff tidied our room daily, even arranged the kids’ soft toys. 😊

The spa was simply the highlight of our stay! The pool, sauna, and steam room offered a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. Just a minor issue with the children's play area needing a window. 😊

Excellent Stay with Beautiful Spa Access

We stayed in a Deluxe Junior Suite with Spa Access for four nights, enjoying the breathtaking views of the mountains. The spa facilities were a wonderful treat after skiing, especially the pool area. Tip , opt for dinner at the attached restaurant for a memorable meal.

The decor throughout Mgm Hotels & Residences, Hotel Alpen Lodge exudes warmth with cozy seating areas and well-placed furnishings. I appreciated the easy accessibility of the spa facilities, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes.

Improved breakfast options for seniors would be appreciated.
